I sometimes get caught up in my own little, dramatic world and forget that guys are actually awesome. I still love boys even though they frustrate me, confuse me, use me, annoy me, destroy me and break my heart. But through it all, there are so many amazing things about guys that make us forget all the stuff they put us through. 

Here’s a list of 26 really great things about guys:

1. Boys aren’t girls (it’s nice to get a break from being with girls all day every day).

2. They smell really, really good (most of the time).

3. They have their little things they nerd-out for (sports, Lord of the Rings, music, etc.)

4. Boys kiss your forehead.

5. Boys kiss you in general.

6. Their muscles.

7. When they play with your hair.

8. Boys swim without shirts. Just take that in. No shirt.

9. When boys ask you on legit dates.

10. They express their opinions.

11. They tell you you look good when you wear makeup and a cute outfit.

12. They still think you look good in sweatpants and no makeup.

13. Their clothes look great on us.

14. Boys remember little things.

15. They like food as much as we do.

16. They tease us.

17. When they laugh.

18. When they sing along to the radio or a movie.

19. They make really good best friends.

20. When they text you first and you get butterflies!

21. When they meet your family.

22. You can Snapchat ugly pictures to them (it deletes in 4 seconds, so there is never proof of you being unattractive).

23. They hold the door open for you.

24. They give really good advice about relationships.

25. When they flirt with you.

26. They call you babe or boo or whatever is really cute and would be weird for your girl friends to call you.

I know I complain about them 24/7 and say that I hate them at that I’m going on an eternal Boy Fast, but really, I love boys. Boys are awesome. That is all. The end.
