My Fair City: Where’s the winter weather?

What is this weather we’ve been having lately? Welcoming the month of February with a 60 degree day? What is this?

Please don’t say, “Oh it’s global warming, ha ha.” That joke isn’t funny anymore.

I don’t need a scientific answer either.

All I would like is a thick layer of snow on the ground when I wake up. Maybe throw in a little ice too? Then I’d be much more convinced it actually is February, and Kansas City can continue to claim to have all four seasons in their fullest force.
